Welcome to Metacamp! We offer educational programmes and events designed to help you learn and build experiences to assist with landing your first job in a new field. Metacamp is operated by Metacamp Pte. Ltd. UEN 202010224E. Our services are available through our website https://metacamp.so. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Metacamp. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

The “Metacamp Service” means our website at www.metacamp.so and any associated software, applications, events, and internet services under Metacamp’ control, whether partial or otherwise, used in connection with providing the services provided by Metacamp. The Metacamp Service provides educational programmes and events to help users learn and build experiences to assist with landing their first job in a new field (Experiences).
Experiences are not internships with us or any businesses associated with any of our Experiences. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) you will not be remunerated for your participation in our Experiences;
(b) you have chosen to participate in our Experiences voluntarily and of your own free will;
(c) our Experiences are not guaranteed to fulfil any requirements imposed by an educational institution;
(d) you are not required to participate in our Experiences as a condition of receiving a qualification from any education institution; and
(d) participating in our Experiences does not guarantee any particular results, outcomes, benefits or success in obtaining a job.
Free Services and Events
Certain free services or events may be available exclusively from time to time. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject availability of seats and on a First come-First-Serve basis.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the seats of any Free events, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any free events or services that we offer.
We do not warrant that the quality of any free events or services, information, or other material obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Section 2 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for not fulfilling the minimum requirement (if any) stipulated in our event description.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Notwithstanding the prior sentence, the use of Event materials by a registered user of a Event for the development of a business, venture, or idea of which the registered user is actively involved as a founder or employee shall not be deemed a commercial purpose, but no additional reproductions may be made of any such materials, either electronically or in hard copy.
Section 9 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
